you provide on the domain umbrella of justDo.com, our mobile sites and mobile applications, our API,
and any other application or access point we make available to you (collectively, our "Service").
It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you
can access and update this information.
Our aim is to comply with all relevant US, European, and Swiss data protections laws. These including GDPR, State and Federal laws and the Swiss FDP Act

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Information We Collect Directly from You.
We collect certain personal information that you provide directly to us. For example,
we collect the following personal information from you: (a) Contact Information such as your name
and email address; and (b) if you elect to purchase a paid subscription to any of the services
we offer, we might ask you to provide billing Information such as billing address and payment details.

Information We Collect Automatically Through Our Service.
As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information about your computer such
as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system, as well as the
other information listed in the "Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies" section
below. We do link this collected data to other information we collect about you.

- Assess the needs of your business to determine suitable products and services;

in the e-mails we may send you, by changing your privacy settings in the Service, or by contacting
us at any time.
However, JustDo reserves the right to send its existing customers certain communications
relating to our services as part of our commercial relationship with you, such as service announcements and
administrative messages. However, you will have the option to opt out of receiving them.
3. Information Sharing
Except as provided for in our Website Terms and Conditions document (or other subscription agreement
you entered into with us, if any) and this Policy, we do not disclose your personal information
to third parties without your consent.
We do not sell any of your personal information to third parties or allow third parties to use it for
their marketing purposes. JustDo may use third-party intermediaries to manage payment processing.
These intermediaries are solely links in the distribution chain, and are not permitted to store, retain,
or use the information provided except for purposes of payment processing.
We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who
are working on our behalf and require access to your information to carry out that work, such as to
process billing, provide customer support, etc. For example, we may use third party data centers
to host our Web Properties or to store documents uploaded to our application. We obtain appropriate
contractual and technical protections to limit these service providers’ use
and disclosure of your personal information.
We release personal information if we believe we must do so to comply with the law, to enforce
our User Agreement (or other subscription agreement you entered into with us, if any),
respond to claims that any information violates the rights of third parties or to protect
the rights and safety of JustDo, our customers, and our individual users.
If JustDo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be
notified via a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership that affects your
personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts and similar technologies to keep track of your preferences and
profile information. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping
purposes. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does
not include personal information. Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by
JustDo and our trusted partners. These trusted partners include: analytics partners, marketing partners
and network/website optimization partners.
These technologies are used on our Web Properties for the purpose of analyzing trends,
administration, tracking users’ navigation paths on our Web Properties and to gather
demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of
these technologies by these partners on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
We do not tie the information gathered to our Customers’ or Users’ personally identifiable information.
5. Behavioral Targeting and Remarketing
We use Google AdWords and other trusted partners to manage our advertising in order to display ads on third party
Web sites to users who previously visited our Web Properties. As a result, our ads may be displayed to you on a
Google search results page or on third party Web sites in the Google advertising network. Our partners use
cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on our Web
Properties and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Any data collected
will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and those of our partners.

Our website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any
information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.

Data Retention
We will retain your personal information that you provide to us for as long as needed to provide you
services or as described in our User Agreement (or other subscription agreement you entered into
with us, if any). After your agreement has ended we will store your data for up to seven years, unless
we need to hold it longer to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce
our agreements.

Our Service may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of
JustDo. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by
their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any

When we collect personal information directly from you, we follow generally accepted industry
standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once
we receive it. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms,
we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL/TLS).
We make every reasonable effort to protect your personal information, but no company, including JustDo,

Single Sign-On (SSO)
You can log into our site using external single sign-on providers such as Google OpenID or
SAML conformant identity providers. These services will authenticate your identity and may provide
you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to
pre-populate our signup form.

Testimonials
We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information such
as the customer's name. We obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their
name along with their testimonial. If you want to remove your personal information that is being
displayed on our website under public pages please send your request
to support@JustDo.com.

Updates and Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service,
you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove or deactivate it using the Account Administration
settings, contacting an administrator of your organization’s JustDo Account or by
emailing support@JustDo.com.

Information storage.
We use third parties to sub-process information that you enter to JustDo. Specifically we use AWS as our
main facility for the physical storage of information. More specifically, we use AWS data centers
that are physically located in the US and EU. Our US service providers signed EU-US Privacy Shield
and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield.

Time Periods for Data Storage.
To comply with our contractual obligations, JustDo may keep information that is processed within the
system for up to 7 years from the last date of usage for various needs such as backups
or administrative needs (billing) etc.

Encryption
Whenever possible, JustDo encrypts stationary information (such as information in our databases
and backups).

Onward Transfer
JustDo does not transfer personal data to any third parties including agents without ensuring that the
third party has signed the EU-US Privacy Shield and/or has signed a JustDo Processing Agreement. Any data
transfer is restricted for limited and specified purposes; such as data storage. All third parties are
subject to JustDo data protection auditing to ensure that there is at the least the same level of privacy
protection as provided by JustDo. JustDo will at all times take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure
that the third party and/or agent effectively processes the personal information transferred in a manner
consistent with JustDo’s obligations under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles and the Swiss-US Privacy
Shield principles. In the event that the supplier or agent can no longer meet its obligation to provide
the same level of protection as is required by the Principles, it is required to notify JustDo. On notice,
JustDo will take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing. On request
from the Department of Commerce JustDo will provide the said Department of Commerce with a summary or a
representative copy of the relevant privacy provisions of its contract with that agent.
In the context of an onward transfer JustDo has responsibility for the processing of personal
information it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party
acting as an agent on its behalf. JustDo shall remain liable under the Principles if its agent
processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless the
organization proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
7. Notification of Privacy Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices.
If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified
in your account) or by means of a notice on our Web Properties prior to the change becoming
effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy
practices.
8. Legal basis for processing personal data
To meet our contractual obligations to clients and legitimate interests to respond to enquiries concerning
the JustDo platform. Legitimate interests pursued by JustDo include communicating with you via email,
newsletters, telephone calls, phone calls, text messages and any other channels to reach those who may be
interested in using the JustDo platform.In making contact via the JustDo website, you agree to us contacting
you to follow-up on your enquiry and to maintaining a dialogue with you. JustDo will use information collected
from you to provide quotations, make telephone contact and to email you information which the business
believes may be of interest to you. In you making initial contact, you consent to JustDo maintaining
a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to
desist in promoting our services. Contact information collected from you as a result of requests for
demonstrations will be used to promote our legitimate interests.
9. Your rights as a data subject
At any point whilst JustDo is in possession of or processing your personal data, all data subjects have
the following rights:
- Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
- Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate
or incomplete.
- Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased
from our records.
- Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply you have a right to restrict the
processing.
- Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another
organisation.
- Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
- Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right not to be subject to
the legal effects of automated processing or profiling. In the event that JustDo refuses your request under
rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge.
JustDo at your request can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed.

information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing.
11. To access what personal data is held, identification will be required
JustDo will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:
a copy of your driving licence, Government ID card, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not
older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document
is required.
If JustDo is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be
released. All requests should be made to JustDo as listed below.
12. Privacy Shield Framework
JustDo complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy
Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection,
use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland
to the United States. JustDo has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to
the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and
the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. To learn more about the

EU and/or Swiss personal data processed is subject to the investigatory and enforcement
powers of the Federal Trade Commission
13. Complaints Resolution including EU and Swiss individuals
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, JustDo commits to resolve complaints about
your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals
with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact us at,

Francisco, CA 94115, USA. Complaints should set out in written format the nature of the complaint, the number
of data records affected, your geographical location and contact details.
14. Binding Arbitration
If your Privacy Shield complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may
invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. An individual’s
decision to invoke this binding arbitration option is entirely voluntary. However, any arbitral decisions will
be binding on all parties to the arbitration. Once invoked, the individual forgoes the option to seek relief for
the same claimed violation in another forum, except that if non-monetary equitable relief does not fully remedy
the claimed violation, the individual’s invocation of arbitration will not preclude a claim for damages that is
otherwise available in the courts. To initiate arbitration please contact the American Arbitration Association.
Each side will be responsible for its own costs.
JustDo has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data
protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information
Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data
transferred from the EU and Switzerland.
